Bridget Flinn attended the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and the Royal College of Art in London, where she studied natural history illustration. After graduating she worked as an illustrator.
Flinn is now a full time painter, working from her studio in Sandymount in Dublin. Her subjects include landscape, life drawing and still life. She is a member of the Watercolour Society of Ireland and the Dublin Painting and Sketching Club.
Since 2010, Flinnís paintings have regularly been exhibited at Belfastís Royal Ulster Academy and in 2014 at Irelandís Royal Hibernian Academy. She has exhibited work at Bonhamís, Dublin, Fredrick Gallery, Dublin and at Blackbird Gallery, Kilkenny.
Flinnís work is in the collections of the Blackrock Hospice and the Office of Public Works.
