Gormley's Fine Art does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer. Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties. Gormley's Fine Art assures that all individually identifiable information is kept confidential.

For general web browsing no personal information is revealed to us. We do record personal information that is voluntarily provided, such as your name, email and postal address when you register for the Personal Gallery. When you submit a question through the Contact Us page we need your email address to respond.

The information that you volunteer may be used in a number of ways, including the following:

To send out emails to users who have registered for the Personal Gallery and have expressed an interest in specific artists by adding them to their wishlist. Periodically we may also send out emails to inform registered users about upcoming exhibitions and events that we think might be of interest to them.

Collection and use of technical information

We do track general information about people visiting our website for statistical purposes. This does not include any personal information. This information is only used to determine the composition of our visitors and to record common behaviour.
